To appear for the Jharkhand Model School Entrance Exam, it is mandatory for the students to fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
- Educational qualification:
- The applicant should be currently studying / or Pass out in class 5 (five) in any recognized school. Only students who are in class 6th or have dropped out or have passed class 5th can apply.
- Should be enrolled in any school of the concerned district or the nearest district.
- Age Limit:
- To appear in the exam, the age of the student should be minimum 10 years and maximum 12 years as on 01 April 2025.
How To apply for Jharkhand Model School Application Form 2025
The application process for this exam is completely free, and can be filled online. Follow the following steps to fill out the application form:
Step 1: Candidates have to visit the official website of Jharkhand Academic Council, www.Jacexamportal.in.
Step 2: Students should scroll down a bit on the home page. They will find an area for the Competitive Entrance Examination, where they must click on the Model School button.
Step 3: As soon as the students click on the model school button, they will be directed to a new page where the students can proceed by clicking on the new registration button, after which the students will have to verify their mobile number and click on the proceed button.

Step 5: After entering the number, the student should click on the submit button. After this, an OTP will be sent to the student’s number via SMS, which the student can fill in the portal and complete his verification.
Step 6: After this, the student will fill in all his details like school name, district, class in which he is studying, block name, parents’ name, date of birth etc., address, communication address and Upload all documents like photo signature, caste certificate, and handicapped certificate. After filling in all these details, the student should click on the validate button.
Step 7: Submit the application form after filling it carefully and keep a copy of it safe for future reference.

This exam will be OMR sheet based, and questions will be asked from the following subjects:
