JAC 11th Subject Modification Portal 2025 Or Correcton Portal: Jharkhand Academic Council Ranchi JAC Board issued a notification on 8 April 2024 regarding the amendment in the data maintained online for the class 11th session 2024-26 and informed that the process of amendment will start from 9 April 2025 and the last date for making amendments will be 15 April 2025. Correction Portal was also earlier known as Subject Modification.

What is this correction window?
The correction process is being done by the JAC Board before issuing the admit card for the board examination for class 11th students, which is very important because it often happens that some mistakes are made at the time of registration of the students, due to which the students face a lot of problems. To ensure that the students do not face any kind of problem and there is no wrong printing in their documents, this opportunity is given to correct the mistakes where the students can correct all the information like their name, their parents’ name, date of birth. Apart from this, changes can be made in all the things like photo, signature and the selected subject etc. Students will be able to view their application form through the Student ID, which is available on the Examinee Information Sheet of the students and it will be given to the students by their school and college.

The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC), Ranchi hereby informs all regular and independent students appearing in the Class 11 Examination, 2025 (Registration Session 2024-26), their parents/guardians, and the principals of concerned +2 schools/intermediate colleges that the Council has decided to allow necessary corrections before the issuance of the admit cards.
The correction process will be conducted from 09th April 2025 to 15th April 2025 through the following modes:

As per the steps mentioned in the notification of JAC Board, you must follow these steps only then you will be able to check and review the details of any student or if there is any need of update then you will be able to update it.
Step-by-Step Correction Process for Class 11 Examinee Information (Session 2024โ26)
Students, parents, and school principals are requested to follow the steps below carefully to make necessary corrections in the student details before admit card issuance:
1. Student Login and Information Review
Students must log in to the Councilโs Exam Form Portal using their Student ID (provided by the Council). After logging in, they will be able to view their Examinee Information Sheet.
2. Request for Correction
After reviewing the Examinee Information Sheet, if any correction is required, the student must:
- Select the desired fields they want to correct.
- Click on the “Forward and Submit to Principal” button to submit the correction request to the school principal.
3. School Login and Approval of Correction
On receiving the studentโs request, the concerned +2 school/intermediate college must:
- Log in to the portal using their User ID and Password through the School Login section.
- The students who have submitted correction requests will be listed with an “Edit” option beside their name.
- Click on “Edit” to make the necessary corrections.
- After completing the corrections, approve the changes.
- Finally, download and print the revised checklist and keep it safely for records.
4. Final Opportunity
This correction window is the final opportunity for changes. Under no circumstances will correction requests be accepted after the deadline (15th April 2025).
Students will have to ask for their student ID from their school or college or they will have to go to the school and check their checklist and if there is any mistake, get it corrected at that same time.
