Already by filing this application in the name of Public Interest Litigation, you have created a lot of confusion among the students and parents. The court said that whatever you have to say, go and tell the authority.
The court said, “For the last four days, you are not only increasing confusion through such PILs, but are also raising false hopes among the students. This is an irresponsible misuse of PILs. “

The petitioner said that you had considered such a petition last year also. The situation is more or less the same. Online classes have been conducted, courses have not been completed, students have not got a chance to study regularly in school. The court said that the board and the authorities related to the examination also know everything. There is no point in us interfering. This petition is not justified at all. You desist from filing such a petition. We also want to impose a monetary penalty on you, but for now, we are just rejecting it.
